Functional training

Functional Training is a form of exercise that mimics everyday movements, enhancing strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. It uses multi-joint exercises without or with equipment (e.g. kettlebells, weights, bands, balance board).

 

Its goal is to improve the practical functionality of the body and reduce the risk of injuries. The exercises are adapted to the requirements and level of each practitioner.

In our schedule you will also find the Pilates Strength class, which combines the classic pilates exercise routine with elements of functional training for targeted muscle strengthening, better control and activation of the core.
