Pilates Mat

Based on the principles of Pilates, this workout focuses on muscle strengthening, proper posture, and stretching. Exercises are performed on floor mats, with the occasional use of small equipment such as foam rollers, weights, resistance bands, and small or large balls. It is suitable for all fitness levels.

Our program also includes Pilates mat classes with a fresh twist. Pilates Mat & Barre uses the ballet bar for exercises and stretching, combining the strength and stability of pilates with the grace and flow of ballet. Pilates Strength combines the classic pilates routine with functional training elements for targeted muscle strengthening, better control and core activation.
