Pilates Mat

Based on the principles of Pilates, this workout focuses on muscle strengthening, proper posture, and stretching. Exercises are performed on floor mats, with the occasional use of small equipment such as foam rollers, weights, resistance bands, and small or large balls. It is suitable for all fitness levels.

In the Pilates Mat & Barre workout, a ballet barre is also used for exercises and stretching.
