About the studio
For your first visit, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early so that we can complete your registration form and short medical history. For subsequent visits, please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Until you start, we will be happy to offer you a coffee or tea!
Parking in Pagrati is not an easy task, if you have difficulty in finding a free spot there is the private parking Cityzen next to the studio (Tydeos 16, Athens 116 35). Yet, we suggest you come on foot, running or by bike – it is the ideal way to warm up and recover!
You can leave it on the sidewalk outside the studio, just make sure you take the necessary safety measures to protect it.
Yes! We have changing rooms and lockers for the safety of your personal belongings. You can also find showers and toilets in our facilities.
Of course, we have private showers and offer ApiVita toiletries, towels, hairdryers and other personal care items to make it easier for you to get ready after your workout.

In our reception you will find sportswear from our favorite Greek brands, reformer bed cover towels, yoga mats, non-slip yoga towels and non-slip socks.
Yes! Our little friends are welcome in the waiting area as long as they are not left unattended.
About the workouts
If you have never done Pilates before, we recommend trying the Pilates Reformer Gentle which will give you time to get familiar with the exercises and the reformer bed.
If you have never done yoga before, we recommend you try the Yoga Hatha All levels class.
Whether it comes from intense exercise or lack of movement, we suggest you try a Hatha Yoga practice or one of our Gentle Pilates classes, which will contribute to the energetic recovery of your body. You can also try massage therapies such as Deep Tissue or Thai.
Reformer classes have 6 seats (one seat per bed), functional classes have 6 seats and mat classes (yoga, pilates, barre) have 8 seats.
If you are more than ten minutes late, unfortunately you will not be able to enter the class for your own safety and the smooth flow of the class.
Comfortable sportswear. Regarding footwear, see below for each lesson:
- functional: trainer shoes
- yoga & pilates mat: bare feet or socks
- reformer: non-slip socks
- corps de ballet & barre: socks or dance shoes
We recommend that you try gentle classes that will give you time to find your rhythm again. These are the Gentle Pilates Mat & Reformer and Yoga Hatha classes.
Yes! We recommend you try Gentle Pilates Mat & Reformer. Please come early to discuss your concerns with the trainer so that she can guide you properly in the class.
Although the class is held on the reformer, it does not follow the Pilates method, so we recommend that you try the Reformer High Intensity Level 1 to familiarise yourself with the exercises and the flow of the class.
If your doctor has approved exercise, we offer private pre natal Pilates and Yoga classes. Please contact the reception for more information.
If your doctor has approved exercise and more than 6 months have passed since childbirth, you can start with our group classes Gentle Pilates Mat and Reformer. If it has been less than 6 months, please contact out reception to arrange a session with a postnatal specialist to check for abdominal separation and provide you with a tailored exercise program if needed before safely joining the regular classes.
Private classes are offered depending on the availability of trainers. Please contact the reception for details.
About the massage therapies
We recommend that you do not eat for 3 hours before the treatment and take care of your personal hygiene – the therapist will take care of everything else.
You don't need to bring anything! We provide towels and slippers.
Don't worry, discuss it with the therapist and take advantage of the time by trying different pressure and massage styles.
The therapists are fully trained and will tailor the treatment to your case. Please discuss with them in advance.
If your doctor allows it of course. Just please inform us in advance so we can direct you to the therapist with the corresponding specialization.
Massages are done with almond oil and ApiVita essential oils. Discuss your preferences with the therapist and choose the products that relax you the most.
About the bookings
Reservations are made online through our website or the Mindbody app.
You will be notified as soon as a spot becomes available, no later than half an hour before the start of the class. Please let us know if you are unable to attend.
Cancellation is required at least 6 hours in advance. Within this period, lessons are non-refundable.
Reservations open one week before the class.
Please do let us know, you're probably not alone! When there's demand, we add new courses.
